FundedNext review: crypto challenge from $29.99

Best-in-class pricing and payout speed, with crypto CFDs treated as a bolt-on throttled to 1:1. Crypto traders pay for the low fee with almost no leverage.

Every figure below comes from FundedNext's own published terms, linked at the foot of this page. We have not traded this account and this is not a rating out of five.

The four numbers

  • Cheapest challenge$29.99 for a 5,000 account$8.00 per $1,000 at the $25k size
  • Profit split80%, up to 95% with add-ons$211 of profit to clear the fee
  • PayoutsWithin 24 hours, with a $1,000 penalty if lateUSDT (ERC-20/TRC-20) / USDC (ERC-20) / RiseWorks / Bank transfer
  • Drawdown and rules10% max static, 5% daily (Stellar 2-Step)$2,500 of room on a $25k balance

With code NOVSTR at checkout: the 5,000 Stellar Lite falls from $32.99 to $29.99, and the 6,000 Stellar 2-Step from $59.99 to $34.99. The firm's own page presents this code as a dated promotion rather than a standing offer, so the list figure is what it charges once the code stops.

Every figure in this panel comes from FundedNext's own pages, linked in the sections below. Where a firm publishes nothing, this says so rather than filling the gap.

Prices read from the firm's own Stellar product pages and its help centre. The 6k 2-Step, the 6k 1-Step and the 5k Lite print a code price beside the list price and are recorded with both; every larger size prints one figure, which is what this ladder quotes. The Stellar Instant ladder comes from the firm's help centre, where a swap-free version of each size costs 10% more.

Rows above that show a list figure are the amount FundedNext charges with code NOVSTR, which it displays beside those prices; the list figure is what it charges without the code.

"List" is the firm's own advertised price for that row - a calculator figure, the regular price in its checkout, or the price a code it publishes is applied to - where the fee charged is different; the fee beside it is what its checkout takes.

Every plan, its own rules

FundedNext sells four models and the rules are not interchangeable. The same menu holds a 6% limit beside a 10% one.

FundedNext: target, drawdown, daily limit and split, plan by plan
PlanProfit targetMax drawdown Daily lossSplitEntry fee
Stellar 2-Step 8% then 5% 10% max static 5% daily 80%, up to 95% with add-ons $34.99 at $6,000 code NOVSTR
Stellar 1-Step 10% 6% max static 3% daily 80%, up to 95% with add-ons $44.99 at $6,000 code NOVSTR
Stellar Lite 8% then 4% 8% max static 4% daily 80%, up to 95% with add-ons $29.99 at $5,000 code NOVSTR
Stellar Instant No target: no evaluation stage 6% trailing No daily limit 80% $59.99 at $2,000

Three of the four state a daily loss limit of their own, and the other one states there is none.

Entry fee is the cheapest size each plan is sold at, the same rows the ladder above prices. Where a code cuts a fee, the code is named beside it. Every figure is the firm's own wording, read from the plan pages linked under Sources.

The rules that decide whether you pass

FundedNext sells 1-step / 2-step / instant challenges; on its $25k account, hit 8% then 5% (Stellar 2-Step) before breaching 10% max static, 5% daily (Stellar 2-Step). Leverage is Crypto 1:1, FX 1:30 and the account is traded on MT4, MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader. CFDs on FX, indices, metals, energies, stocks and crypto are available, so the instrument set is broad enough that position sizing matters more than the rules do.

Help-centre article updated 31 July 2026. The typo 'docuemnt' is in the source.

“TL;DR: Completing the KYC Verification process at FundedNext is mandatory for account activation and security. Once you pass the challenge, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity in the Verification Center by submitting a valid government-issued docuemnt.”

Source: the firm's own page, read 2026-11-08. Our classification: Before activation.

Two practical warnings for this structure. A 10% max static, 5% daily drawdown (Stellar 2-Step) sounds generous until you measure it against the volatility of the coins you trade: a 3% overnight move on a large position is normal in crypto and can take most of that in one candle. And the profit split of 80%, up to 95% with add-ons applies to profit you withdraw, not to the account balance, so plan the first payout before you start rather than after you pass.

Payouts and verification

How it pays

Rails: USDT (ERC-20/TRC-20) / USDC (ERC-20) / RiseWorks / Bank transfer

Timing: Within 24 hours, with a $1,000 penalty if late

First reward after 21 days on the two-step, five business days on the one-step, ten days on Lite.

Before you request

Verification: Before activation - Help-centre article updated 31 July 2026. The typo 'docuemnt' is in the source.

Restricted: North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, Iran, Russia, Vietnam

Support: what this firm publishes about its own support - channels, stated hours, any response-time claim in its own words.

Confirm the network for any USDT or USDC withdrawal and the minimum payout on the firm's dashboard before you trade to the target; those two settings, not the split, are what turn a payout into a delay.

Strengths and trade-offs

What it does well

  • Cheapest entry here at $32.99 for a 5k account
  • Crypto payouts in USDT or USDC on-chain
  • A 24-hour payout promise with a penalty clause if missed

What costs you

  • Crypto leverage is capped at 1:1, the tightest in this comparison
  • Only 40% of news-trading profit counts toward rewards
  • Crypto pairs are not itemised publicly on the symbols page
  • On the Bank of Russia's warning list since 17 September 2026 for signs of an illegal professional participant in the securities market (entry 47769); a warning, not a court finding

Who it suits, and who it does not

Suits: Cost-conscious CFD traders who want crypto exposure alongside FX and indices.

Does not suit: Crypto-native traders needing leverage above 1:1.

How it compares with the rest of the list

At the $25k size FundedNext sits at $199.99 for its Stellar 2-Step account with a split of 80%, up to 95% with add-ons and a 10% max static, 5% daily drawdown (Stellar 2-Step). The firms that undercut it charge less for the challenge but usually ask for a tighter drawdown or a one-step target, and the firms that publish wider room to trade ask more up front. If the deciding factor for you is the split rather than the fee, read the side-by-side comparison before choosing.

Risk per tradeA maximum of 3% risk at any given time on a FundedNext account.
