Which is cheaper, size by size
FundedNext is cheaper at 2 of the 3 sizes where both publish a price. Comparing the entry tier alone hides that: fee ladders do not scale at the same rate, so the cheaper start can become the dearer account.
| Account size | Bitfunded | FundedNext | Cheaper |
|---|---|---|---|
| $25k | $124 | $199.99 | Bitfunded |
| $50k | $399 | $299.99 | FundedNext |
| $100k | $799 | $549.99 | FundedNext |
What the fee buys, and what it takes back
Put differently, the difference is 0.6 more of the cheapest evaluation. The fee is also only the entry cost: at the headline split, Bitfunded has to make $155 of profit before the attempt has paid for itself, and $211 at FundedNext.
| Measure | Bitfunded | FundedNext |
|---|---|---|
| Fee for a $25k attempt | $124 | $199.99 |
| Fee per $1,000 of account | $4.96 | $8.00 |
| Profit needed to win the fee back at the headline split | $155 | $211 |
| Account destroyed on a bad day (drawdown in dollars) | $750 (3%) | $2,500 (10%) |
| Drawdown type | unstated | static |
Cost per $1,000, the break-even profit and the cost of 1% of drawdown are our arithmetic from each firm's published fee, split and limit; each drawdown figure is the firm's own percentage for the plan that fee buys, applied to a $25,000 balance.
The rule that ends most attempts
FundedNext measures drawdown from a fixed floor, while Bitfunded trails it - so a profitable run can leave the second account closer to its line than the balance suggests. At $25k there is $1,750 more room at FundedNext ($2,500 against $750), which is 7.0 percentage points of the account.
Getting the money out
Bitfunded pays USDT, FundedNext pays USDT (ERC-20/TRC-20) / USDC (ERC-20) / RiseWorks / Bank transfer. Timing is not the same either: Within 24 hours of the profit split day against Within 24 hours, with a $1,000 penalty if late.
Worth checking against your own cash-flow: a fast rail that pays into an account you then have to move is not the same as one that lands where you spend it.
Where they actually differ
- Verification differs: Bitfunded verifies identity before the first payout, FundedNext verifies identity before the account activates.
- Payout rails are not the same: Bitfunded pays USDT, FundedNext pays USDT (ERC-20/TRC-20) / USDC (ERC-20) / RiseWorks / Bank transfer.
- at $25k the target is 9% (1-Step Express) for Bitfunded, 8% then 5% (Stellar 2-Step) for FundedNext.
- top allocation, FundedNext: Up to $4M through scaling; Bitfunded: $150,000 USDT.
The decision rule
If the first attempt is a test rather than a plan, FundedNext at $29.99 with code NOVSTR costs less to be wrong about. If identity documents are the sticking point, note that Bitfunded verifies identity before the first payout and FundedNext verifies identity before the account activates.
