Crypto prop firms by country
Most of the firms here publish a restricted-country list, and the answer a trader needs is per country rather than per firm. Each of the 62 pages below is computed from those lists: who bars the country outright, who accepts it with a condition attached to the account, and how many firms take traders there without naming them at all.
The short version: Russia is the hardest place on this list to trade from, with 14 of 21 firms barring it, and 43 of the 62 countries are barred by no firm at all. 2 firms publish no country list, which is not the same as permission.

Why this is per country and not per firm
A firm's restriction list is long, sits in its terms or help centre, and is the first thing a trader from outside the US or the EU discovers after paying. Reading it firm by firm answers "what does Breakout do", which is not the question: the question is "can I open an account at all, and with whom". The same lists read country by country answer it directly, and the numbers move with the source - a firm that drops a country changes the row above and the count in the sentence without anyone retyping it.
What a bar means is narrower than it sounds. Most of these lists are sanctions boilerplate copied between firms, and several name regions rather than countries, or restrict a country to one product rather than excluding it. Those are in the conditions column, not the barred one, because telling someone they cannot open an account when they can is the same error as the reverse. The country guide sets out how to read a list before you pay, and the pre-purchase checks cover the rest of what decides whether an account is worth opening.
