Review
Propr review: crypto challenge from $25
The most transparent rulebook here, the lowest entry price, and payouts you can check on-chain. You pay for that with a flat 80% split and a tight 3% drawdown on the cheapest plan.
Every figure below comes from Propr's own published terms, linked at the foot of this page. We have not traded this account and this is not a rating out of five.
The four numbers
- Cheapest challenge$25 for a 5,000 account$5.00 per $1,000 at the $25k size

Every plan, its own rules
Propr sells four models and the rules are not interchangeable. The same menu holds a 3% limit beside an 8% one.
| Plan | Profit target | Max drawdown | Daily loss | Split | Entry fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Turbo 1-Step | 9% | 3% static | 3% daily | 80% | $25 at $5,000 |
| Pro 1-Step | 12% | 5% static | 3% daily | 80% | $45 at $5,000 |
| Classic 1-Step | 10% | 6% static | 3% daily | 80% | $60 at $5,000 |
| Classic 2-Step | 5% then 10% | 8% trailing | 5% daily | 80% | $50 at $5,000 |
Each of the four states its own daily loss limit beside the total drawdown.
Entry fee is the cheapest size each plan is sold at, the same rows the ladder above prices. Every figure is the firm's own wording, read from the plan pages linked under Sources.
The rules that decide whether you pass
Propr sells 1-step / 2-step challenges; on its $25k account, hit 9% (Turbo 1-Step) before breaching 3% static max and 3% daily (Turbo 1-Step). Leverage is Up to 10x BTC/ETH/SOL, 2x other crypto and the account is traded on app.propr.xyz on Hyperliquid, plus REST API and Python/JS SDKs. 160+ perpetual futures on Hyperliquid: crypto, equities, indices, commodities and FX are available, so the instrument set is broad enough that position sizing matters more than the rules do.
Rules section 16. No documents to register or buy an evaluation, and no payout without completed KYC. No proof of address required.
“KYC is required before you can access a funded account. Once you pass the evaluation, you must complete identity verification before your funded account is activated.”
Source: the firm's own page, read 2026-11-08. Our classification: Before activation.
| Product | Type | Rule in the firm's terms |
|---|---|---|
| Turbo 1-Step | Static | 3% static below the starting balance. |
| Classic 1-Step | Static | Fixed percentage below the starting balance. |
| Pro 1-Step | Static | Fixed percentage below the starting balance. |
| Classic 2-Step | Trailing | 8% trailing. |
Two practical warnings for this structure. A 3% static max and 3% daily drawdown (Turbo 1-Step) is tighter than it looks: a 3% overnight move on a large position is normal in crypto and can end the account in one candle. And the profit split of 80% applies to profit you withdraw, not to the account balance, so plan the first payout before you start rather than after you pass.
Payouts and verification
How it pays
Rails: USDC on-chain
Timing: Within 24 hours, site reports an 8m 16s median
Payouts on demand from $20, no cap, paid in USDC on-chain, and each one is published with a transaction hash. Each payout sweeps all profit and resets the balance to the starting amount.
Before you request
Verification: Before activation - Rules section 16. No documents to register or buy an evaluation, and no payout without completed KYC. No proof of address required.
Restricted: Bangladesh, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk), Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe
Support: what this firm publishes about its own support - channels, stated hours, any response-time claim in its own words.
Confirm the network for any USDC withdrawal and the minimum payout on the firm's dashboard before you trade to the target; those two settings, not the split, are what turn a payout into a delay.
Strengths and trade-offs
What it does well
- Publishes the whole fee grid, targets and payout maths on one rulebook page
- Cheapest entry here at $25 for a 5k Turbo evaluation
- Payouts are on-chain USDC you can verify yourself, with a published median processing time
- API-first: REST, WebSocket and SDKs, with algos explicitly allowed
What costs you
- 80% is flat and cannot be upgraded, below Kraken's 90% option
- Turbo's 3% static drawdown against a 9% target leaves very little room
- Payouts sweep all profit, so there are no partial withdrawals
- Long restricted-country list, and identity checks before funding
Who it suits, and who it does not
Suits: Crypto traders and bot builders who want cheap entry, verifiable USDC payouts and API access.
Does not suit: Anyone chasing a 90% split, in a restricted country, or needing partial withdrawals.
How it compares with the rest of the list
At the $25k size Propr sits at $125 for its Turbo 1-Step account with a split of 80% and a 3% static max and 3% daily drawdown (Turbo 1-Step). The firms that undercut it charge less for the challenge but usually ask for a tighter drawdown or a one-step target, and the firms that publish wider room to trade ask more up front. If the deciding factor for you is the split rather than the fee, read the side-by-side comparison before choosing.

The rules that end accounts
Every firm here publishes a fee and a split. These are the terms that decide whether the account survives a bad week, taken from Propr's own rules page and quoted verbatim under the table.
| Maximum drawdown type | Depends on the plan |
|---|---|
| Daily loss limit | 3-5% 5% on Classic 2-Step; 3% on Turbo 1-Step, Pro 1-Step and Classic 1-Step |
| Consistency rule | No |
| Minimum trading days | None |
| News trading | Allowed |
| Weekend holding | Allowed |
| Cap on a single payout | No cap published |
On 1-Step accounts it is a fixed percentage below your starting balance and never moves. On drawdown, from https://www.propr.xyz/rules
Where a firm runs several plans with different rules, the field says so rather than picking the flattering one. "Not published" means the page we read does not say.
Position and per-trade limits
| Largest position | No maximum position size beyond leverage limits. |
|---|---|
| Risk per trade | None published: 'Risk-per-trade rule | None'. |
| Open positions | 6 open positions (25,000 USDC account card). |
| Hedging | Hedging across Propr accounts or against external CEX/DEX accounts is prohibited. |
| Bots and EAs | Automated trading permitted, no EA restrictions. |
| Other limits | Stop-loss not mandatory; aggregate funded balance capped at $300,000. |
